In 1x1 sessions, we curate an individualized practice catered to your yoga experience. Sessions can include a gradual break down of postures, offered modifications based on your ability / past injuries and deeper dives into breath work and the Yogic philosophy.

Let us we bring the wellness retreat to you! This offering is perfect for a group setting or experience, with participants having varied experience with Yoga. We can incorporate personal development, in season catered meals, sound healing, meditation and more. This can be virtual or in-person.
